Robert Howe

Robert Howe has served as chairman of Globoforce’s board of directors since June 2012.  He has been the Managing Partner of Highnote Ventures, a firm that specializes in consulting for and investing in high technology start-ups, since 2011. Robert has also served as the Chairman of Montgomery Goodwin Investments, LLC, a private investment consulting firm, since 2002. He currently serves on the board of directors for Symphony Teleca Corporation and Diversey Inc. Robert was also the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Scient, an e-business consulting and services company. Priorto that, he was the general manager of IBM’s global banking, financial services and securities business. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Faisal Masud

Faisal Masud joined Globoforce’s board of directors in July 2015. He has been the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of Global E-commerce at Staples since 2013, where he is responsible for building Staples’ digital channels and leading e-commerce efforts across the company. Faisal has more than a decade of digital experience, building end-to-end, global e-commerce solutions that have driven growth and improved the customer experience. Prior to Staples, he served as Vice President and General Manager at Groupon, Inc., where he was responsible for managing Groupon Goods’ strategy and execution in more than 35 countries. Previous to this, Faisal was Head of Global Shipping and Fulfillment at eBay-PayPal and General Manager, Worldwide Warehouse Deals and Global Sourcing, with Amazon. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Southeastern University.

Patricia Burke

Patricia Burke has served as a member of Globoforce’s board of directors since November 2000.  She was a co-founder of Riverdeep Interactive Learning Limited, an Irish-based public education software company. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Physics, as well as a Masters of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine, both from University College Dublin.

Barry Maloney
Barry Maloney has served as a member of Globoforce’s board of directors since December 2001. He has extensive experience working in the venture capital industry, working with technology companies. Currently, Barry is a General Partner and a founder of Balderton Capital. Prior to founding Balderton in 2000, he was the CEO of Esat Digifone, Ireland’s second largest GSM mobile operator. Before his time at Esat Digifone, Barry held senior positions with Xerox Corporation and Digital Equipment.  He holds a degree in Economics from University College Dublin.

Chris Menard

Chris Menard has served as a member of Globoforce’s board of directors since June 2011. Currently, he is Chief Financial Officer of Brightcove, Inc., a leading global provider of cloud content services. Prior to joining Brightcove in 2010, Chris was at Phase Forward Incorporated, a provider of enterprise software and services for clinical trials and drug safety, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from April 2009 to October 2010 and as Vice President of Finance from October 2006 to April 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Babson College as well as a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.

Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore has served as a member of Globoforce’s board of directors since May 2012. Currently, he is a Partner in the technology group at Atlas Venture. Prior to joining Atlas Venture in 2011, Ryan was a General Partner at GrandBanks Capital and held roles at SOFTBANK Venture Capital, SOFTBANK Capital Partners, and Robertson Stephens. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Eric Mosley
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Globoforce

Eric Mosley has served as Globoforce’s chief executive officer and a member of the company’s board of directors since 1999. His vision to raise employee recognition from a tactical, unmeasured, and under-valued effort to a global strategic program with clear measures for performance and success is now being realized in some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations. Prior to founding Globoforce, Eric held varied management and technology roles in CSK Software, Bull Cara Group and Logica Aldiscon. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computers and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
