With two decades of experience in finance management across a broad range of companies, Steve joined Globoforce as Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
As Vice President, General Counsel and Data Protection Officer, Lauren oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance affairs for Globoforce. With more than 15 years experience, she has served as legal counsel for a broad mix of high-growth public and private companies.
Steve Pemberton joined Globoforce in December of 2017 as our chief human resources officer (CHRO) and works with HR leaders and senior management executives worldwide to help build workplaces where every employee feels recognized, respected, and appreciated for who they are and what they do.
Jonathan directs Globoforce’s IT architecture, systems and client implementation initiatives and leads our dynamic and innovative technical team in Dublin, Ireland. He joined the company in 2001.

As Globoforce’s Vice President, Global Sales, Ben is responsible for clients’ success and satisfaction in delivering strategic and social recognition to their employees. He joined the company in 2006 and has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the enterprise-class solutions with high-growth companies.
With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer management in multinational environments, Jim O'Dea joined Globoforce in 2011 as Vice President, Operations. In his role, Jim is responsible for overseeing Globoforce's worldwide supply chain, ensuring the maintenance of quality standards, operational efficiencies, and systems management globally.
As VP of Product Management, Vineet manages all Globoforce products and is responsible for developing new solutions to better serve the needs of the changing workforce. He has extensive experience leading multiple cloud software businesses ranging from startups to large portfolios.
Sarah oversees Globoforce’s eCommerce redemption platform to expand merchandise offering and enhance user experience with the goal of making it a destination of choice for millions of employees around the world.
As Vice President of Global HR, Niamh oversees all HR activities that focus on the recruitment, retention, and alignment of Globoforce’s international workforce. Chief among these responsibilities is driving Globoforce’s internal recognition program and managing its company culture and values.
Esteemed research and analytics professional with more than 20 years of experience, Jesse has advised many private and public organizations on analytics and labor market issues, including the White House, the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Based in Dublin, Kieran joined Globoforce in 2000 and is responsible for all sales and account services throughout Europe.
