Business Development representatives play a vital role in maximizing the attainment of the company’s new business and revenue goals. You will be a hunter, at the forefront of the sales team generating and qualifying all leads, including inbound, marketing-driven leads as well as those you generate on your own through smart cold calling. Your goal is to generate qualified meetings for your field sales partners that will result in new clients and revenue for your territory. You will sell solutions designed to help clients build the business case for strategic recognition and to benchmark their current programs, with the goal of generating new business opportunities for the field.

The Field Marketing Manager will work with our field sales team to help them leverage marketing campaigns, events and resources to build their sales pipeline. In this role, you will partner very closely with the sales team to help them generate leads, uncover opportunities and influence existing deals – predominantly within their pre-defined, target accounts. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to collaborate on the development of programs and campaigns, and then match and apply those assets to the needs of each sales territory for optimal impact on demand generation.

The Global eCommerce Merchandiser will manage and analyze merchandising programs for a global ecommerce rewards site including vendor management, brand selection, category/item mix, and custom promotions. Candidates will have experience targeting the online shopping community and understand their attitudes and lifestyles, and selecting products that appeal to them personally or to their family across popular categories like Electronics, Fashion, Home, Health and Fitness, and more. The eCommerce Merchandiser manages business metrics by tracking and analyzing performance in order to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve margins. He/she will assess the competitive landscape, customer insights, vendor strategies and key KPIs, as well as stay current on best-in-class practices and emerging trends in the eCommerce channel, to recommend changes to the online strategy.

Supporting the back end systems as well as internal users, the potential candidate will be working as part of a team dedicated to keeping the Globoforce systems and users operating 24/7. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Systems Infrastructure Manager.

We wish to recruit a Fulfillment Administrator at our head office in Dublin. The successful applicant will assist in managing and maintaining core processes for our Fulfillment Team such as data entry, assisting in stock receiving and verification and overseeing the shipment of all products.
