The Manager of Business Development/Inside Sales is a key role, responsible for motivating, leading and managing the BDR team and all activities associated with increasing pipeline and revenue for the field sales team. The manager will be responsible to help the team generate new, qualified business opportunities via the telephone for Globoforce. The team performs all the critical steps at the beginning of a B2B sales cycle and transitions the sales opportunity to our Outside Global Account Sales Representatives in the field. The primary focus is team building and development of BDR reps involved in daily sales activities. The BDR Manager will also play a key liaison role with the other functional areas that this team relies on, including but not limited to, both marketing management and sales management. This role is part of the marketing team, and there is close collaboration between sales and marketing to ensure top of the funnel productivity.

The Events Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating Globoforce’s participation in national and regional tradeshows and conferences, partner events, and Globoforce-hosted events for customers and prospects. The eCommerce Merchandiser will manage and analyze merchandising programs for a global ecommerce rewards site including vendor management, brand selection, category/item mix, and custom promotions. Candidates will have experience targeting the online shopping community and understand their attitudes and lifestyles, and selecting products that appeal to them personally or to their family across popular categories like Electronics, Fashion, Home, Health and Fitness, and more. The eCommerce Merchandiser manages business metrics by tracking and analyzing performance in order to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve margins. He/she will assess the competitive landscape, customer insights, vendor strategies and key KPIs, as well as stay current on best-in-class practices and emerging trends in the eCommerce channel, to recommend changes to the online strategy.

As a member of the product team, the reporting business analyst will work closely with product management and other internal stakeholders to provide Globoforce clients with a best-of-breed Business Intelligence (BI) solution. The business analyst will define and create pre-packaged dashboards and custom reports that provide insight and analysis of program trends and key business metrics.
