Across its operations in 60+ countries, Dow valued employee recognition but was running hundreds of recognition programs for exceptional performance. Tracking program success and other strategic results was nearly impossible.

“Recognition@Dow,” a corporate-wide, global program, recognizes and reinforces positive behaviors based on Dow's mission, vision, values and corporate strategy. Peers and managers show their appreciation to colleagues regardless of geographic boundaries or job grade. The Globoforce platform supports Dow’s 11 languages and automatically adjusts awards for local standards of living.
