The webinar will unveil the results of the 2011 Globoforce/SHRM Employee Recognition Tracker*, the first of a new semi-annual survey program. Scheduled for Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. ET, the free webinar will provide critical insight into the current engagement and recognition practices, perspectives, and challenges for today’s leading companies.
The results of this year’s survey are surprising. In fact, 54 percent of HR leaders do not think managers and supervisors at their company effectively acknowledge and appreciate employees, while an even higher percentage don’t measure their recognition programs. In the webinar, Globoforce’s Chief Marketing Officer Carol Meyers and SHRM Survey Research Center Manager Evren Esen will share the full results of the survey, including insider views as to why effective, measurable recognition continues to be a challenge at many companies.
