The Job

We wish to recruit a Merchandise Coordinator at our head office in Dublin. The successful applicant will report to our Demand Planning Team Leader.

The position will have overall responsibility for Merchandise within the Globoforce Operations group. This person will gather, analyze, report, flag and highlight all performance issues and escalations on Merchandise across all the Suppliers. The successful applicant will work as the main interface between Product, Finance and Operations within a matrix structure.


Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Develop a daily reporting dashboard on Sales orders status against all Merchandise partners.
  • Weekly backlog reporting with a focus on orders over agreed SLA with partners.
  • Coordinating efforts on open ticket items with partners and monitoring agreed timing on ticket resolution.
  • Working with the IT teams in ensuring all open tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Customer Support team in supporting on issues that arise throughout the team.
  • Coordinating work with all relevant teams on returns by our customer. Ensuring that all the financial aspects of the process are followed through.
  • Supporting Finance with any issues on invoicing, floats, credit notes are monitored and assist in timely resolution where applicable.
  • Producing a weekly dashboard that will be viewed by the senior management, this include a status of the partners and will highlight any pertinent issues that arose during the reporting week.
  • Coordinating and tracking all weekly meeting with the partners. Ensuring that proper minutes and issue logs are kept up to date and shared with the relevant teams.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Very effective organisational skills


Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated work experience in an Operations environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel &PowerPoint
  • A Third level or similar qualification in Business would be advantageous.
