As Globoforce’s Vice President of Client Strategy and Consulting, Derek is a seasoned, internationally minded management professional with over 20 years of experience working across a diverse range of industries.

With two decades of experience in finance management across a broad range of companies, Steve joined Globoforce as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Steve is responsible for finance, operations, legal and human resources efforts.

Jonathan directs Globoforce’s IT architecture systems and client implementation initiatives and leads our dynamic and innovative technical team in Dublin, Ireland.

As Globoforce’s VP Sales & Services, North America, Ben is responsible for overseeing North American sales strategy as well as driving new business development. Ben brings to Globoforce more than 20 years of senior management experience in the information technology industry.

As Globoforce's Chief Marketing Officer, Charlie Ungashick leads global marketing strategy and communications. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's global marketing efforts, including defining and executing marketing strategies, brand management, demand generation, public relations, product marketing, and inside sales.

Vice President, Product
Elevating recognition to a true business initiative that drives culture change requires the right tools to allow hundreds of thousands of globally dispersed employees to thank each other appropriately, equitably and with cultural sensitivity.

A human resources technology industry veteran with 20 years of HR software and services product management and marketing leadership, Grant joined Globoforce in July 2009 and leads the company’s product strategy initiatives.

Regional Vice President Sales & Services, Europe
The need for recognition and positive reinforcement knows no boundaries. All employees, regardless of cultural background, need to know their efforts are noticed, appreciated and rewarded.

Based in Dublin, Kieran joined Globoforce in 2000 and currently has overall responsibility for all sales and business development activity throughout Europe. He manages a range of employee and consumer recognition programs for Globoforce’s blue chip European clients.

As Vice President of Corporate Sales for Globoforce, Gene Gainey is responsible for all sales management activities in the mid-market segment. He is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in HR and technology.

With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer management in multinational environments, Jim O'Dea joins Globoforce as VP of Operations. In his role, Jim is responsible for overseeing Globoforce's quality control standards, operational efficiencies, and systems management globally.
