As Globoforce’s Vice President, Global Sales, Ben is responsible for clients’ success and satisfaction in delivering strategic and social recognition to their employees. Each stage, from initial engagement to implementation to ongoing program management, is a key part of a Globoforce client’s journey towards building a culture of recognition and achieving their business objectives. Joining the company in 2006, Ben has more than 20 years of senior management experience in enterprise-class solutions with high-growth companies. His career is highlighted by 12 years in human capital management software, where he has guided many of the world’s most admired companies from sales stage to successful software adoption and satisfaction across the organization.

Prior to Globoforce, Ben served as Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Webhire, a Boston-based company that delivered talent management, web-based solutions to HR departments around the globe. Before Webhire, he was responsible for the Information Technology Practice at Brainshark, Inc., the leader in on-demand, rich media communications. Ben also held senior sales management and business development roles with Envoy Worldwide, Sitara Networks, Inc., Desktop Data, where he was part of the management team that led the start-up company to a successful IPO in 1995. He holds a B.A. as a double major in Economics and Philosophy from Brandeis University.
