A human resources technology industry veteran with more than 20 years of HR software and services product management and marketing leadership, Grant joined Globoforce in July 2009 and leads the company’s product strategy initiatives. Previously, Grant served as Vice President of Product Management for HR Services at Fidelity, where he launched the new business unit to provide HR services to mid-sized US-based multinational companies. Prior to Fidelity, Grant served as Vice President of Product Strategy and Alliances at Kenexa, where he drove product strategy, messaging and the product roadmap. During this time, he was responsible for Kenexa’s human capital management (HCM) products and he played an integral part in Kenexa’s acquisition of Webhire.  Before this, Grant held leadership roles in product management at both Workscape and PeopleSoft. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
