With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer management in multinational environments, Jim O’Dea joined Globoforce as Vice President, Operations in 2011. In his role, Jim is responsible for overseeing Globoforce’s quality standards, operational efficiencies, and systems management globally. With extensive experience in strategy development/execution, outsourced partnerships, and systems and processes, Jim has extensive experience with multi-site, customer-focused operations. Prior to Globoforce, he held leadership roles with some of the world’s leading companies, including Apple, Gateway, and Palm. Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is currently completing his MBA.
