Cisco needed a culture refresh and a revamp of its rewards program, which was a very traditional spot bonus program only for people who completed big projects.
In partnership with Globoforce, Cisco enhanced employees’ recognition experience with Connected Recognition, a global, peer-to-peer recognition and rewards program based on its core values.
In the first year, 185,000 awards were given across the organization, employee engagement scores increased by 5 percent, and employee satisfaction scores improved by 100 percent.
